Happy Kid Toy Group Limited was founded 29 years ago in Hong Kong / China. In this time, we have developed our own brand name 'HAP-P-KID®', upon which we have built an excellent reputation in the toy industry. We are known as one of the major manufacturers and exporters of high quality toy product. ¡§Quality and Service are the best¡¨ is the motto of our company. Our products are fun, innovative and economic as well as manufactured to meet individual customer requirements for all standards of quality and safety. HEADQUARTERS Our company headquarters is located in Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Specialized departments within the company include Marketing, Design Studio, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping and Accounting as well as a brand new, state of the art Showroom. Our Hong Kong office operates as both headquarters and a communication center between our customers, staff and factory personnel. Our main manufacturing facilities are located in Dongguan, China. Our factory and dormitories are more than 462,000 square feet. We provide full service facilities that include designing, engineering, mould making, injection moulding, spraying, tempo printing, assembling, and packing. ¡@ MANUFACTURING Happy Kid Toy Group Limited manufactures approximately 4.5 million toys annually, and employs approximately 2,500 people involved in all aspects of Production, Research and Development, Engineering, Marketing, Quality Control and Administration. Our China factory maintains quality living quarters, recreational and medical facilities that provide a comfortable working environment for our employees. In our China factory, located in Dongguan, the facilities include 16 production lines, 60 injection moulding machines, 10 ultra-sonic machines, 300 spray booths, 15 tempo printing machines and 60 mould fabricating machines. Our teams of independent quality control staff and senior managers strictly monitor and control every aspect of production in order to maintain the highest quality standards. ¡@ PRODUCTS Our products not only meet requirements of our customers, but more importantly are engineered to be environmentally safe. By saving and scrapping plastics that may be used for internal parts, we help to keep the environment clean for future generations of toy purchasers. ¡@ CUSTOMERSWe export our products worldwide specifically to Europe and North and South America. Our retail distribution includes many of the world's major toy retailers. Our company is ICTI certified and has adapted the internationally recognized ISO9002 management system, ensuring that every product as well as personnel complies with the highest quality standards.
